Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns for reasons of personal scent preference or change of mind.
How to Request
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact us via Facebook or email hello@leyteno.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Shipping
- If approved, we’ll coordinate the return process.
- Return shipping costs may be covered depending on the issue.
- All returns must be sent to our fulfillment center in Ormoc, Leyte, Philippines.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfume bottles
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Sale or promotional items
